Contribution Rules
Contributions or gifts to Campaign Crypto PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Campaign Crypto PAC is a conduit PAC registered with the Federal Election Commission and does not retain any portion of contributions designated for recipient candidates or committees. Donations are subject to FEC regulations and applicable contribution limits.
By making this contribution, I certify that:
1. I am a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (green card holder).
2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and I will not be reimbursed by another person or entity for this contribution.
3. I am not contributing on behalf of a corporation, labor organization, federal contractor, or foreign national.
4. I am making this contribution with personal funds, not from a business entity or an organization.
5. If donating on behalf of a political action committee (PAC), I certify that this contribution complies with applicable FEC contribution limits and regulations.
6. I am at least 18 years old.
Processing Fee Disclosure: A small processing fee may be deducted from your contribution before being forwarded to the designated recipient(s).
Contribution Limits: Contributions earmarked through Campaign Crypto PAC are subject to FEC limitations. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of each contributor whose total contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
